We endeavour to ship items next day after payment clearance, using Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery.

Jewellery will be packed in either an organza gift pouch, or a box with bow, depending on size and type of piece purchased. This will then be bubble-wrapped and posted in a jiffy bag.
